Frequently Asked Questions

1) Do the images provided need to be a certain quality?
Obviously the better quality image the better the print will be. Most camera phones and camera's produce high enough resolution pictures to go to at least size A1. We will always check the quality of the image before going to print and advise if it is unsuitable

2) Does i-pixx offer a discount for bulk orders?
Yes please contact us. We work with also of schools and businesses that order more than one image and will always make a commercial decision

3) How can I clean my canvas print?
A. Take a soft clean white cloth which is slightly damp/almost dry - then very gently clean the Canvas in straight lines from side to side.

4) How deep are the frames?
All our frames are handmade and are a standard 1.5" / 3cm thick. We have the frames made from mdf so they do not warp

5) How long do the canvas prints generally last?
The print has a 15 year guarantee – we do suggest however that you do not place them directly in sunlight in say a conservatory as this may affect the quality.

6) How many pictures do I need for a canvas or Perspex collage?
There is no minimum or maximum however we normally suggest between 100 and 400

7) Can I get a proof of my collage?
Yes we can provide a proof of the collage before it goes to print.

8) Can you edit my picture?
We always look at the image to make sure it is suitable for the size desired. Small alterations can be made such as cropping. If you require a large alteration we will advise the studio time required and there may be a cost which will be quoted

9) Can you produce B/W prints?
Yes at no cost

10) Can you produce any size canvas prints?
Yes if you have an area and want a non standard size we can accommodate providing the image supplied fits such a frame. There is usually a £10 cost as we have to have the frame specially sized by the wood yard

11) Do you have a refund policy?
If you are not totally satisfied with your image we will refund all your money on receipt of the faulty product. At i-pixx we pride ourselves on our work and attention to detail so we are confident in offering such a guarantee

12) Can I discuss my ideas before ordering?
Yes unlike many online alternatives we welcome customers calling and discussing their ideas
